New Japanese condo building breaks ground

L’attrait, a new condominium building funded with $18mn from Japanese investors, broke ground yesterday in BKK. Standing 26 floors tall, the new project expected for completion by 2020 offers 149 high-end units. According to the project manager, Ryo Amasawa, over 40% of the units already sold to mostly expats from Japan. Richard Leech, executive director for CBRE Cambodia, said the project is a good investment, adding that BKK1 continues to see great development and improvement, remaining one of the top areas in the city with regards to property.
